Please fill out the contact form with the item you have recieved and you would like to exchange. Then let us know the EXACT item & size.
print your free label
After receiving your submission, we will e-mail you back with a prepaid shipping label for you to bring to a local courier.
drop off & replace your item
Simply drop off your item in a envelope to the designated courier office. Please keep the package you use as small and thin as possible.
new item will be on the way
A soon as recieved by us, we will ship you out your new item. Just like that, easy-peasy! Enjoy your perfectly fit item! :)
